# The Civil Proceedings Fees (Amendment) (No.2) (Amendment) Order 2007, Note: Explanatory note

This Order amends the Civil Proceedings Fees (Amendment) (No. 2) Order 2007 (S.I. 2007/2176 (L.16)) so as to correct mistakes in that Order.
The table below correctly sets out the fees that were incorrect in S.I. 2007/2176.
