# The Civil Proceedings Fees (Amendment) (No.2) Order 2007, Article 4: Amendments to the Civil Proceedings Fees Order 2004


For article 4 substitute—
“Remissions and part remissions
4. Schedule 1A applies for the purpose of ascertaining whether a party is entitled to the remission or part remission of a fee prescribed by this Order.”.
