  "text": "supreme court of england and wales\ncounty courts, england and wales\nMade 24th July 2007\nLaid before Parliament 26th July 2007\nComing into force 1st October 2007\nThe Lord Chancellor makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 92 of the Courts Act 2003 sections 414 and 415 of the Insolvency Act 1986 and section 128 of the Finance Act 1990.\nIn accordance with section 92(1) of the Courts Act 2003 he has obtained the consent of the Treasury and in accordance with sections 414(1) and 415(1) of the Insolvency Act 1986 he has obtained the sanction of the Treasury.\nIn accordance with section 92(5) and (6) of the Courts Act 2003 he has consulted the Lord Chief Justice, the Master of the Rolls, the President of the Queen’s Bench Division, the President of the Family Division, the Chancellor of the High Court, the Head of Civil Justice, the Deputy Head of Civil Justice and the Civil Justice Council.",
