# The Civil Proceedings Fees (Amendment) Order 2005, Article 1: Citation, commencement and interpretation


(1) This Order may be cited as the Civil Proceedings Fees (Amendment) Order 2005 and shall come into force on 10th January 2006.
(2) In this Order “the Order” means the Civil Proceedings Fees Order 2004.
