Article 2 Amendments to the Civil Proceedings Fees Order 2004
In article 4(2)(b)(i) of the Order, for the words from “married couple” to “includes the party” substitute “couple (as defined in section 3(5A) of the Tax Credits Act 2002f1) which includes the party”.
