# The Civil Proceedings Fees (Amendment) Order 2006, Article 1: Citation, commencement and interpretation


(1) This Order may be cited as the Civil Proceedings Fees (Amendment) Order 2006 and shall come into force on 6th April 2006.
(2) In this Order a reference to an article by number alone means the article so numbered in the Civil Proceedings Fees Order 2004, and a reference to a fee by number alone means the fee so numbered in Schedule 1 to that Order.
