  "long_title": "This Order provides for the increase of certain fees payable in relation to civil proceedings in the Court of Appeal, High Court and county courts. For convenience this Order replaces the entire schedule of fees payable in civil proceedings in the Court of Appeal, High Court and county courts. In most cases, fees have been increased by the cumulative rate of Consumer Price Index inflation since they were last increased. Fee 5.2(a) has been increased by less than that.",
