# The Civil Proceedings Fees Order 2008, Article 3G: Exemption related to referrals to High Court of decisions to release prisoners (life sentence) on parole


No fee is payable for making a referral of a prisoner’s case (life sentence) to the High Court under section 32ZAA(2) of the Crime (Sentences) Act 1997.
