  "text": "In Article 19 of the 1976 Order (re-registration of births of legitimated persons), in paragraph (6) (power of Registrar General where re-registration not pursued to require person to attend and sign register), for sub-paragraphs (i) and (ii) there shall be substituted the words “ to take such steps for the purposes of re-registration as are specified in the notice within such time as may be so specified. ”.",
