  "text": "A party who has filed a list under rule 5(4)(a), 6(3), 7(1) or 8(6)(b) must, upon the request of the other party—\n(a) provide that other party with a copy of any document specified in the list; or\n(b) make any such document available to that party for inspection or copying.",
