# Clean Air (Northern Ireland) Order 1981, Article 43: Notices and regulations


(1) The Department may prescribe the form of any notice or other document to be used for the purposes of this Order.
(2) Subject to Articles 21, 25(9) and 35(1), regulations shall be subject to negative resolution.
