  "text": "(1) Section 99 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (c. 27) (removal of vehicles) is amended as follows.\n(2) In subsection (3) (requirement to give notice of removal to occupier), after “land” insert “ other than a road ”.\n(3) Omit subsection (4) (requirement to give notice of removal of vehicle which ought to be destroyed).",
