  "heading": "Recording and publication of decisions",
  "text": "(1) A judgment, order or other decision under this Measure that is specified in the rules must be recorded—\n(a) in the case of a priest or deacon, in the diocesan registry of the diocese of the responsible bishop;\n(b) in the case of a bishop, in the provincial registry of the province of the archbishop who is the responsible bishop;\n(c) in the case of an archbishop, in the provincial registry of the province of that archbishop.\n(2) A judgment, order or other decision under this Measure that is specified in the rules must be published in the specified form and manner.",
