Rule 119 Vexatious litigants: restraint orders

An application for an order under any of the following provisions of the CCM must be made in accordance with rule 105—

(a)

section 32 (1) (restraint order);

(b)

section 33 (4) (permission to make or proceed with complaint, application or request);

(c)

section 33 (5) (variation or discharge of a restraint order).
