Rule 16 Application of this Part

This Part applies where a complaint is allocated under section 21 (1) (a) or 24 (7) (b) of the CCM as a grievance.

But this Part ceases to apply in relation to a complaint if, on a referral under section 23 (3) of the CCM, the lead assessor re-allocates the complaint as one of misconduct (whether or not serious misconduct).
