Paragraph 10 Suspension (sections 34 and 36)

(1)

Where a suspension is imposed under section 34(2)(b), the fact of the suspension being imposed, the period for which it has effect and any revocation of the suspension—

(a)

must be recorded, and

(b)

must be published.

(2)

Information published under sub-paragraph (1)(b) must include the name of the person on whom the suspension is imposed.
