  "text": "(1) Rule 66 is amended as follows.\n(2) In sub-rule 3 after the words “suspension and shall” there is added the word “normally”.\n(3) In sub-rule (4) for the word “notice” there is substituted the word “notification”, and for the words “sent or delivered” there is substituted the word “given”.",
