Article 11 Powers of the President

In Rule 102A^f1, which is to be given the title “Powers of the President”, after paragraph (1) insert—

“(1A)

The President may, on the President’s own initiative, give directions for the just disposal of an application, appeal or request in accordance with the overriding objective.”
