# The Clergy Discipline Appeal (Amendment) Rules 2013, Rule 16: Interpretation

In rule 43 the definition of “appellate court” is amended by adding at the end the words “, as constituted in accordance with section 20(1B), (2) or (3) of the Measure, as the case may be”.
