# The Clergy Discipline Appeal (Amendment) Rules 2013, Rule 18: Amendment to form A3

In form A3 in the Schedule to the Clergy Discipline Appeal Rules 2005 for the words “appeal within 28 days of the pronouncement in public of the decision or the imposition of the penalty” there are substituted the words “apply in time for leave to appeal”.
