# The Clergy Discipline Appeal (Amendment) Rules 2013, Rule 6: Time for appealing and for sending or delivering the notice of appeal

In rule 8(1) for all the words after “of the date” there are substituted the words “when the tribunal granted leave to appeal or within 21 days of the date when the appellate court granted leave to appeal, as the case may be”.
