# The Clergy Discipline Appeal Rules 2005, Article 30: Pronouncement of the determination


The Dean shall pronounce the appellate court’s determination of the appeal in public—
(a) at the end of the hearing, or
(b) at a later date when the Dean may sit alone for that purpose.
