# The Clergy Discipline Rules 2005, Rule 100: Removal of limited prohibition: bishops and archbishops

Extent: E

For the purposes of rule 98 an application to the Dean of the Arches and Auditor sitting with the two Vicars-General for the removal of a limited prohibition under section 27 of the Measure shall be made—
(a) by a bishop jointly with the archbishop of the relevant province,
(b) by an archbishop jointly with the other archbishop.
