Regulation 1 Citation, commencement and interpretation
(1)
These regulations may be cited as the Clergy Pensions (Amendment) Regulations 1988 and shall come into operation on 31st March 1989.
(2)
In these regulations “the 1961 Measure” means the Clergy Pensions Measure 1961f1.
