# The Cleve Hill Solar Park Order 2020, Article 29: Deemed marine licence under the 2009 Act

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

The deemed marine licence set out in Schedule 8 (deemed marine licence under the 2009 Act), is deemed to be granted on the date this Order comes into force to the undertaker under Part 4 (marine licensing) of the 2009 Act for the licensed marine activities set out in Part 1, and subject to the conditions set out in Part 2 of that Schedule.
