  "text": "(1) The undertaker must, as soon as practicable after the making of this Order, submit to the Secretary of State copies of—\n(a) the book of reference;\n(b) the Crown land plan;\n(c) the environmental statement;\n(d) the land plans;\n(e) the location, order limits and grid coordinates plans;\n(f) the outline battery safety management plan;\n(g) the outline construction environmental management plan;\n(h) the outline decommissioning and restoration plan;\n(i) the outline design principles;\n(j) the outline landscape and biodiversity management plan;\n(k) the outline special protection area construction noise management plan;\n(l) outline skills, supply chain and employment plan;\n(m) the outline written scheme of investigation;\n(n) the rights of way plan;\n(o) the special category land plan – open space;\n(p) the statutory / non-statutory nature conservation designations plan;\n(q) the statutory / non-statutory historic environment designations plan;\n(r) the streets and access plan;\n(s) the water bodies in a river basin management plan, plan; and\n(t) the works plan;\nfor certification that they are true copies of those plans and documents.\n(2) A plan or document so certified is admissible in any proceedings as evidence of the contents of the document of which it is a copy.",
