Article 1 Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Cleveland (Structural Change) Order 1995 and shall come into force for the purposes of articles 4(2) and (3), 5 and 10 to 13 on the day after the day on which it is made and for all other purposes on 1st April 1996.
