# The Cleveland (Structural Change) Order 1995, Paragraph 1


The arrangements made by the County Council by virtue of paragraph 5 of Part I of Schedule 17 to the 1972 Act as respects the North York Moors National Park shall have effect, on and after the reorganisation date, as if they had been made by the council of the borough of Redcar and Cleveland; and the National Park Committee established for that Park (“the Committee”) shall accordingly not cease to exist in consequence of the dissolution of the County Council.
