# The Cleveland (Structural Change) Order 1995, Paragraph 2


In relation to the Committee—
(a) paragraph 12A of that Part shall not apply to the council of the borough of Redcar and Cleveland; and
(b) paragraph 21A of that Part shall have effect as if the reference in the definition of “planning area” to a non-metropolitan county included a reference to that borough.
