# The Cleveland (Structural Change) Order 1995, Paragraph 3


Any person appointed by the council of the borough of Langbaurgh-on-Tees as a district council member of the Committee in accordance with paragraph 12A of that Part and holding office immediately before the reorganisation date shall, on that date, cease to be such a member but shall be eligible for appointment as a member of the Committee by the council of the borough of Redcar and Cleveland.
