  "text": "(1) Schedule 3 makes further provision about regulations under this Part.\n(2) In that Schedule—\nPart 1 relates to regulations made by a single national authority;\nPart 2 relates to regulations made by two or more national authorities; and\nPart 3 confers power to make provision by Order in Council.",
