# The Climate Change Agreements (Eligible Facilities) Regulations 2012, Regulation 1: Citation, commencement and expiry

(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Climate Change Agreements (Eligible Facilities) Regulations 2012.
(2) They come into force on 1st January 2013.
(3) Regulations 3 to 8 cease to have effect at the end of 31st March 2033.
