(1)
Subject to paragraph (2), the following Regulations are revoked—
(a)
the Climate Change Agreements (Eligible Facilities) Regulations 2001f1;
(b)
the Climate Change Agreements (Eligible Facilities) Regulations 2006f2;
(c)
the Climate Change Agreements (Eligible Facilities) (Amendment) Regulations 2006f3;
(d)
the Climate Change Agreements (Eligible Facilities) (Amendment) Regulations 2009f4.
(2)
The regulations listed in paragraph (1) continue to have effect in relation to climate change agreements entered into with the Secretary of State before the coming into force of these Regulations.
