CLIMATE CHANGE LEVY

Coming into force 1 April 2003

The Commissioners of Customs and Excise, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 30 of and Schedule 6 paragraphs 19, 20A, 22, 41, 125, 146 and 149A to the Finance Act 2000f1, hereby make the following Regulations:
