Insert after regulation 47(5)—

“(5A)

Where the renewable sources used to fuel a generating station includes biomass (whether or not the generating station is fuelled by biomass in combination with other renewable sources or fossil fuel) paragraph (9) applies in order to calculate the amount of renewable source electricity which is to be regarded as generated from that biomass in any period specified by the relevant Authority.”.
