Laid before the House of Commons 9th March 2011
Coming into force 1st April 2011
The Commissioners for Her Majesty’s Revenue and Customs make the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by paragraphs 22, 44(3), 44(4) and 146(4) of Schedule 6 to the Finance Act 2000:
