# The Climate Change Levy (General) (Amendment) Regulations 2013, Introduction: Introductory text

Laid before the House of Commons 26th March 2013
Coming into force 1st April 2013
The Commissioners for Her Majesty’s Revenue and Customs make the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by paragraphs 22, 23(4), 24B(3), 24D, 44(3) and (4), 62(1)(ba), (bb) and (bc) and 146 of Schedule 6 to the Finance Act 2000:
