# The Climate Change Levy (General) Regulations 2001, Paragraph 1: Interpretation


In this Schedule—
“Annual Operation” means a period commencing on 1st January and finishing on 31st December;
...
“CHP Qualifying Heat Output” “CHP Qualifying Power Output” “CHP scheme” ... “CHP Total Fuel Input” and “CHP Total Power Output” have the meaning given in section 4 of the CHPQA;
“non-qualifying electricity” means electricity to which paragraph 24B(2A) of the Act does not apply;
“qualifying electricity” means electricity to which paragraph 24B(2A) of the Act applies.
