  "text": "(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Climate Change Levy (Use as Fuel) (Amendment) Regulations 2003 and come into force on the day after the day on which they are made.\n(2) They take effect in relation to supplies of taxable commodities made on or after the day on which they come into force.",
