# Climate Change (Scotland) Act 2009, Paragraph 5

In the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002, in Part 7 of schedule 1 (Scottish public authorities) at the appropriate place, insert—
“The Scottish Committee on Climate Change”.
