# Climate Change (Scotland) Act 2009, Paragraph 6

In the Public Appointments and Public Bodies etc. (Scotland) Act 2003, in schedule 2 (specified authorities) at the appropriate place in the list of advisory bodies, insert— “ The Scottish Committee on Climate Change ”.
