  "text": "(1) The persons mentioned in subsection (2) must, in exercising functions conferred on them by virtue of this Act, take into account the need to do so in a way that contributes to the achievement of sustainable development, including the achievement of the United Nations sustainable development goals.\n(2) Those persons are—\n(a) the Scottish Ministers;\n(b) the advisory body.",
