  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nHM Prison The Verne was closed on 31st January 2014 by S.I. 2014/3. On 18th March 2014, a declaration was made under section 33(2)(a) of the Prison Act 1952 (c. 52) to re-open The Verne as a prison. This Order provides for its closure on 28th September 2014.\nA full regulatory impact assessment has not been produced for this Instrument as no impact on the private or voluntary sector is foreseen.",
