Made at 10.45 a.m. on 15th September 2021
Laid before Parliament at 3.30 p.m. on 15th September 2021
Coming into force 30th September 2021
The Treasury, under section 118 of the Co-operative and Community Benefit Societies Act 2014, and the Secretary of State, under section 277 of the Enterprise Act 2002 make the following Order.
The Secretary of State concurs in the making of this Order under section 118 of the Co-operative and Community Benefit Societies Act 2014.
