# The Coal and Other Mines (Ventilation) Order 1956, Article 2


Any exemption, consent, approval, permission, direction or requirement granted or imposed by the Minister or any inspector for the purposes of a provision specified in the second schedule hereto shall, if in force at the commencement of the Act and so far as it could have been granted or imposed under the Coal and Other Mines (Ventilation) Regulations, 1956, have effect as if it had been so granted or imposed.
