  "text": "(1) . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .\n(2) . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .\n(3) Nothing in this Act shall affect the operation of section 3 of—\n(a) the Acquisition of Land (Authorisation Procedure) Act 1946, or\n(b) the Acquisition of Land (Authorisation Procedure) (Scotland) Act 1947,\nin any case where an order under that section was made, or notice of such an order was published, before the commencement of this Act.\n(4) The enactments specified in Schedule 5 to this Act are hereby repealed to the extent specified in the third column of that Schedule.",
