  "text": "(1) In this Schedule—\n“designated person” means an authorised person, within the meaning of section 4B of this Act, and includes a person designated by virtue of paragraph 2 below;\n“relevant power” means a power conferred by section 4B of this Act, including a power exercisable by virtue of a warrant under this Schedule.\n(2) Expressions used in this Schedule and in section 4B of this Act have the same meaning in this Schedule as they have in that section.",
