# Coal Industry Act 1994, Paragraph 18


In section 21(1) (terminal compensation), for “by the Corporation in respect of that holding” there shall be substituted “ in respect of that holding by the person who immediately before the end of the period of occupation is the person entitled to the rights conferred by the order. ”
