# Coal Industry Act 1994, Paragraph 34


In section 45(2) (application of paragraph 23 of the telecommunications code), for “to the Corporation for the purposes of any permitted activities” there shall be substituted “ for the purposes of any permitted activities to the person with the benefit of that permission ”.
