# Coal Industry Act 1994, Paragraph 24

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

(1) In section 2 of the Overseas Development and Co-operation Act 1980 (powers of statutory bodies in relation to the furnishing of assistance), subsection (4) (the Corporation) shall cease to have effect.
(2) In Part III of Schedule 1 to that Act (statutory bodies with powers to furnish assistance under that Act), the entry relating to the British Coal Corporation shall be omitted.
